Job Purpose and Scope: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Job Responsibilities: Responsible to make interview calls to shortlisted candidates. Send interview emails and messages to candidates. Prepare interview Schedule with time, date, day, positions and department wise. Maintain office file record in soft and hard format. Maintain CV Data for firm and clients. Send Interviews Feedback to clients. Assist in Social Media work. Any other Job assign by the seniors time to time. Send Introductory, Survey, feedback emails to clients on daily basis. Call clients for feedback about services and prepare queries record. Prepare task Sheet on week basis and send to reporting Authority. Qualification & Skills BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university Communication Skills Team work Skills Multitasker
