Job Description

1. Locates potential clients & business deals through personal PR, Cold Calls, Emails and other means.

2. Recognize the needs of the client and provide them detailed information about services

3. Make Presentations & Proposals.

4. Visit to clients for business prospect.

5. Serve as a client service representative for Clients who have questions or difficulties.


1. Should have 2-3 years of market experience

2. Extensive knowledge of HR market.

3. Should be BBA/MBA qualified from reputed university.

4. Strong communication & Negotiation skills.
